Prices

Read the price before you ever have to talk to me. Every price I charge is on this page, and the numbers are the same for everyone.

The Build — $2,500+

A hand-built site. You own the code, the domain, and every word on the page.

  • Up to 6 pages, designed and written with you
  • Built by hand, no page builders, no templates
  • Speed and accessibility scores you can check yourself
  • Search basics done properly: titles, descriptions, sitemap, local business markup
  • Launch on your domain

The plus sign means bigger sites cost more, and I'll tell you the number before any work starts. No surprises after.

Upkeep — from $150/mo, billed 12 months at a time

I keep it healthy: updates, monitoring, fixes.

  • Software and security updates
  • Uptime and health monitoring
  • Content changes when you need them: hours, menus, staff, photos
  • Backups, and a plan if anything ever breaks

Upkeep + SEO — $350/mo, billed 12 months at a time

Everything in Upkeep, plus SEO that works your corner of the map.

  • Everything in Upkeep
  • Your Google Business Profile, worked steadily
  • Your pages and your standing in the map results
  • The same numbers I see, shared with you every month

Straight talk about SEO: it takes months, and anyone who promises you page 1 by Friday is lying to you. What I promise instead: you'll see the same numbers I see, every month, and you can walk at renewal if the work stops earning its keep.

What you own

All of it. The code, the domain, the content. If we part ways, the site goes with you, and it'll run anywhere.

Hosting runs through my Cloudflare account while I manage the site; that's the plumbing, and it moves with you too if you leave.

Questions people actually ask

How much does a website cost?

Here: $2,500 and up, posted right above this answer. Around the industry: anywhere from $500 to $50,000, which is exactly why nobody posts their prices. I'd rather you compare numbers than adjectives.

Why are your prices public?

Because in a town where reputations walk around, hidden pricing costs more than it makes.

I have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?

Facebook decides who sees your page and what it looks like, and it can change both tomorrow. A website is the one place online you own. Keep the Facebook page; point it somewhere that's yours.

How long does a build take?

Weeks, and not many of them. I'll give you a date when I quote the number, and dates are part of the deal.

What happens if I stop paying for Upkeep?

The site stays yours and stays up; it just stops getting updates, monitoring, and my time. You can come back later without a penalty.

What if I already have a website?

I build new sites; I don't patch old ones. Maintaining someone else's aging build costs you more than it saves, so if your site's showing its years, the honest answer here is a rebuild, and the price above is where it starts.
